2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
  • Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund
  • After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining months, minus a 10% administrative fee
  • No refunds after 3 months of use

3. Credits & Add-ons

  • Purchased credits (e.g., AI message credits, WhatsApp message credits) are non-refundable once added to your account
  • Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and may have an expiry date
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases are non-refundable after activation

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy in the following cases:

  • Service outage — Extended platform downtime (over 24 consecutive hours) caused by us, not third-party services
  • Duplicate charges — Accidental double billing will be refunded immediately upon verification
  • Unauthorized transactions — Charges made without your consent will be investigated and refunded if confirmed
  • Technical issues — If a critical feature you paid for is unavailable and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
